Products Information Scourzyme竊�Pretreatment adhesive for cotton fabric and mixture fabric, which works as hydroxide, stabilizer, penetrant, and refining agent. By adding this scouzyme, the adhesive is cost-efficient and environment-friendly. Since this product is with no APEO, it is the ideal pretreatment adhesive. This adhesive enables the processes of destarch, deseeding, degreasing, refining, penetration, oil outlet, and bleaching to be completed by the same equipment, the same adhesive and the same technique. Technical parameters: Appearance: white powder and granules. PH(operating fluid): 11-12 PH(discharging fluid): 8-9 Dissolubility: easy to dissolve in warm water. Specification: 1.This adhesive enables the processes of destarch, deseeding, degreasing, refining, penetration, oil outlet, and bleaching to be completed by the same equipment, the same adhesive and the same technique without adding sodium hydroxide. Thus it is perfect for pretreatment and also good for the environmental protection. 2.The adhesive has simplified the process flow, reduced the damage to the fabric, and the discharged the waste water effectively. It helps to reduce the cost, time and improve the production efficiency. Application: The process flow of woven fabric: I. (Thick greige cloth) Steaming 1.Enzyme bleaching: refined enzyme: 25-40g/L; refining agent: 3g/L; stabilizer: 5g/L, chelant: 3g/L; H2O2: 40g/L(27.5%). 2.Technique: operation fluid for greige cloth(98-100��--- steam 60min --- wash by hot water --- wash by cold water --- drying. II. (Medium and thin woven fabrics) impregnating steaming. 1. Amount of usage: refined enzyme: 20-300g/L; stabilizer: 4g/L; chelant: 3g/L; H2O2: 40g/L(27.5%). 2. Technique: operation fluid for greige cloth(98-100��--- steam 60min --- wash by hot water --- wash by cold water --- drying. III. Cold pad-batch steaming 1.Cold dome: sodium hydrate: 25g/L; refining agent: 8g/L 2.Bleaching: refined enzyme: 20-30g/L, H2O2: 40g/L(27.5%); refining agent: 3g/L 3.Technique: put the greige cloth into impregnating cold fluid --- stack the cloth in coil for 12 – 24 hours --- wash by hot water ---- wash by cold water --- transfer to oxygen bleach fluid --- steam at the temperature of 100��for 40-60min --- wash by hot water --- wash by cold water --- drying. Process flow for knitted fabric or yarn: Reference volume: Proportion: 1:10 – 15 Refined enzyme: 2—4% 竊�.w.f竊�H2O2 (27.5%) : 5—7% 竊�.w.f竊�Technique: Water inlet --- add refined enzyme --- heat to 50��--- add H2O2 --- heat to 98—100��and keep this temperature for 45-60 min --- washed by hot water --- washed by cold water --- deoxygenizing enzyme treatment for 15 min – dyeing. Attention: 1.To use this Scourzyme efficiently, please test and choose the best technique and amount according to the types of equipment and textile. 2.This scourzyme is anionic product, so it cannot be used with the cationic products.
