Components: this water-based Laminating adhesive is made from carbamate, allyl acetate, ENBA ethylene N-butyl acrylate(TP) and other monomer copolymer.
Application:
it is mainly used in the compounding of BOPP, color printing paper and common white cardboard. In addition, because of this adhesive is environment-friendly, it is also suitable for the packing of food, tobacco and liquor, medicines & health products, and children's products.

Features:
1. Use water as the dispersion medium, without any plasticizer or solvent.
2. This adhesive is incombustible, inexplosive and environment-friendly, thus the application and storage are safe.
3. With powerful cohesion, thus it will not degumming or foaming after dieing.
4. High transparency and high gloss. The adhesive is weather-resistant, heat resistant and durable.
5. The gluing machine can be cleaned by irrigation, thus it is convenient and environment-friendly to use this adhesive.
6. This adhesive applies the special techniques and rich raw materials, according with the international standard,  thus our water-based composite adhesive is different with other adhesives.
Tips for Use:
1. The quantity of glue for different materials: For chrome paper, 4g/ Sqm; 1 mt/250000 pieces of big folio. For offset paper, 6g/Sqm; 1 mt/ 170000 pieces of big folio.
2. Roller distance range: 0.05mm–0.06 mm.
3. Pressure: 9-10 MPa/ Sq. Centimeters.
4. Speed: 36m/minute or 65 pieces of big folio/ 1 minute
5. Temperature: normal
Caution:
1. Store the water-based adhesive in the cool place, far away from heat; avoid the sunlight and frost; the best temperature for storage is 5-40��
2. The viscosity of this adhesive is mixed well according to different machines and techniques, so there's no need to add water or solvent when using.
3. Store the adhesive in cool and sealed condition.
4. Put the tectorial membrane in the air for one hour, and cut it when it is dry.
