Introduction:
Yonghenda brand water-borne polyurethane adhesive is single-component, water-based polyurethane adhesive. It is a national key adhesive which is environment-friendly and energy-saving.
Features:
1. Without urea formaldehyde, smells free, poison free, and easy to clean.
2. With good atomizing ability, heat resistance, powerful viscosity, and no pocks.
Application:
Yonghengda water-borne polyurethane adhesive can be used in PVC, fiber boards, molded sheets, lumber and other vacuum forming materials. It is usually used to bond the non-painting products, such as the doors, soundboards, cabinet doors and other furniture.

Instruction:
This water-borne polyurethane adhesive can be used alone and also can be used with curing agent. Mixed with 2-5% curing agent, it can be used for spray coating (must use up within 8 hours). This adhesive will have better heat resistance with the curing agent. It is better to use the low pressure spray gun with the nozzle diameter range as 1.0-1.5mm.

Temperature of the base materials, environment, and the adhesive: 10-25��
Water content of the base materials: 7-11%.
Coating weight: 50-100g/��(the amount of the adhesive depends on the shapes and types of the materials).
The setting temperature of the equipment: 120-180��according to the PVC film)
Vacuum-pressure time: 120-240 seconds.
Pressure: 8-10 Mpa
Temperature of the adhesive film: 70-100��/p>
